Modernize & Update Aging School Buildings

The average age of a school in North Bend School District is 59 years and some are over 70 years old. Although we’ve worked hard to preserve our community’s assets, we have aging buildings that require capital repairs.

If passed, the bond measure would fund new HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to help reduce costs and provide district-wide energy efficiencies. The bond would also fund new roofs, flooring and windows at some schools. The proposed bond measure would include updates to learning spaces and technology, allowing students and staff members access to modern learning tools and resources.
